This football and basketball schools provide the opportunity to professionalize these sport on a higher level than what currently exist in Jerusalem and the West Bank. These sports are becoming evermore popular among children and youth, therefore CWB is more than ready and enthusiastic to take this challenge and grasp this unique opportunity.

Schools provide two basic outcomes:

  • A space for trainers to upgrade their teaching skills, for children and youth to work on performing under professional guidance.
  • It provides a space for children and youth to spend quality time learning a valuable sport instead of have a free time that can be destructive for many members of our community.
  

Target Groups:

   Direct beneficiaries:                                  

  • 200 Children
  • Ages; (7–10) and (11-14).
  • Two coaches and one assistant.

     In-direct beneficiaries:

  • Schools
  • Scouts
  • Families
  

Project life cycle:

The project life cycle will be for 12 month, of massive training, matches, and official participations in the locally and international championships.

  

Purpose:

  • To encourage children to have professional training in the football sport, this will reflect on their physical as well as psychological form through training, following the rules and team spirit.
  • To support schools and scouts by adding to their teams well trained students.
  • To support families by ensuring a safe space for the children to spend their free time.
  • To teach children negotiating skills and how to accept others.
